Glamish Terms and Conditions
By visiting Glamish.ae, you consent to our Terms and Conditions.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Glamish. The term “Site” refers to Glamish.ae The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and users of the site.
“Service” refers to hair consultations, color treatments, haircuts, hair styling, and esthetician services.
Use of Glamish, including all materials and online services, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without modification and confirm you have read them.
LAWFUL PURPOSES
You agree to use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You are financially responsible for all purchases made on your behalf through the Site. You will not post or transmit material that is abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order or request at our discretion. No order is deemed accepted until payment is processed.
CANCELLATIONS AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, notify us within 10 days, and we’ll offer a redo service to address any concerns. Refunds are at the discretion of management.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REPEATED CHANGES
Kindly inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment cancellation occurs more than twice, it will be at our discretion whether to charge a fee for future cancellations.
Service changes requiring more time will be accommodated if possible. Downgrading services must be done at least 24 hours in advance if timing is reduced.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will email you to confirm your appointment and any service details. Please review and notify us of any discrepancies.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our services. However, the Site may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect service listing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, and service descriptions, is owned by Glaimsh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without prior written consent.
CHANGED TERMS
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
